SSWO was established in 2013 because of, conflict and arose inside the region, Public institutions stopped functioning and all infrastructures were totally destroyed, Increase devastated people affected by fighting and drought, Vulnerability and worse humanitarian situation arose, Need for effective relief coordination between International Community and local vulnerable communities, and how to bring about a system of development in a fragmented society and to adapt to developed nations.
